Abstract: Research deals with behaviour of steel structure subjected to fire temperature taking into account multiply factors complexity. Stress-strain state of steel frame structure on the fire was analyzed applying numerical analysis and computer simulation methods. General fire analysis approach regulated by Lithuanian design standards was applied for computations. Two calculation models were developed for investigation and analysis results compared in order to evaluate such factors as variation of fire temperature in time and changes of material properties as well progressive collapse of the structure.
