Abstract: Various disputes are a compicated problem of business and human activities with confronting aims. The paper considers major principles of application game theory to solve legislative tasks. In order to assess dispute resolution methods of economically, socially and other point of views, it is necessary to apply methods for assessing solutions according to multiple attributes. For solution of this task it is necessary to determines possible methods to solve a specific dispute, to create methodology for assessment and comparison of these methods. The LEVI 4 solution support system allowed performing multi-criteria assessment of customer-contractor dispute solution methods and determining degree of their expediency.
