Abstract

Optimum planning under the conditions of incomplete information is one of the urgent tasks of management. For the practical planning problems the situation, when uncertainty occurs not only at the moment of the composition of plan, is characteristic, but it remains also during carrying out of the planning solution. The presence of uncertainly under the conditions of the realization of the planning solution introduces into planning the solution adopted the element of risk. The value of the probability of execution of the plan respectively can be interpreted as the reliability planning of the solution adopted.
